These Are The Healing Stages of Feminine Energy

Healing your feminine energy is a profound journey of self-discovery, emotional liberation, and empowerment.

It allows you to reconnect with your innate essence, embrace your softness, and release past wounds that have kept you from fully embodying your true self.

Although all women are different, we all have different timelines, experiences and needs, there are common key stages of healing feminine energy and core wounds, each bringing you closer to balance, wholeness, and freedom.

So here they are:

1. Awareness: Recognizing the Imbalance

The first step to healing is realising that the reality you have been living (very often your entire life) is a result of certain patterns and beliefs you subscribed to years ago, so you also realise how you have been disconnected from your feminine energy.

Some people call this stage having a spiritual awakening or a womb awakening.

  • Signs of Imbalance: Overworking, emotional suppression, difficulty receiving love or help, and an over-reliance on logic while dismissing intuition.

  • Acknowledging Wounds: These may stem from societal conditioning, unresolved trauma, unhealthy relationships, or feelings of unworthiness.

At this stage, you begin to ask critical questions:

  • Where have I suppressed my feminine energy?

  • What beliefs or experiences are holding me back from expressing my true self?

This first awareness is the foundation for transformation.


2. Acceptance: Honoring Your Pain

When you start having this awareness you start connecting the dots.

You start realising how the way you were raised, the kind of parents you had, the beliefs you acquired from other people, threw you into a more masculine way of surviving, always hustling, looking for external validation, people pleasing, etc.

And also the impact that all had in your life choices, in the kind of men you accepted, jobs, friends, all kinds of situations.

Healing requires sitting with your wounds and acknowledging the pain without judgment.

  • Embrace Vulnerability: Allow yourself to feel emotions such as sadness, anger, or fear. These emotions are not your enemies—they’re signals guiding you to what needs healing.

  • Self-Compassion: Speak to yourself with kindness and patience as you confront past hurts.

This stage is about letting go of the resistance to your emotions and creating space for healing to begin.

What happens to a lot of women in this stage is that become so consumed by anger and bitterness that they get stuck.

This is only supposed to be a stage in your healing journey, not a parking space to park for the rest of your life.

Is healthy and needed for you to feel all the shadow emotions of anger, bitterness, resentment, etc, towardss everyone who did you wrong because you need to FEEL TO HEAL, and you end to release all those stuck emotions. But is not to stay there in that place forever.

You see many women stuck in this stage doing videos on Tiktok or Youtube blaming men, generalizing saying all men are toxic or abusive and that there are no good men in the world.

That’s their anger talking and they are in denial of the need to move on and heal.

How do you get out of this stage? By taking accountability for your past choices. Not only of men in romantic relationships, but of all your life choices in terms of friendships, work, things and situations you accepted.

Not to blame yourself, but to understand why you accepted those people and things. Acknowledge your trauma patterns, co-dependency and people pleasing traits, seeking your self-worth in others and make you vulnerable to abusive people.

Acknowledging this and taking accountability with self compassion is POWERFUL!

You basically take your power back. You are not at mercy anymore of how others are and treat you, but you start to be conscious of your innate self- worth and you start to choose who and what you accept in your life.

That’s how you move on to the next stage of healing and start becoming empowered and attracting people and things that honour you and are truly good to you.


3. Reconnection: Rediscovering Your Feminine Essence

Feminine energy thrives on intuition, creativity, and connection. This stage involves nurturing these aspects of yourself.

  • Reconnect with Your Body: Practices like dance, yoga, or mindful movement can help you feel grounded in your physical self.

  • Awaken Your Intuition: Journaling, meditation, and spending time in nature can help you tap into your inner wisdom.

  • Express Your Creativity: Engage in activities that ignite your imagination, such as painting, writing, or crafting.

This is a phase of rediscovering joy and the unique essence of your femininity.

It’s also a phase to connect to how you FEEL. To feel positive emotions.

To allow yourself to rest, relax, and take proper care of yourself. To do what feels good to you, and start living life based on feeling good instead of accepting to do stuff that kills your soul like in your past.

It’s time to let your inner child come out to play and have fun!


4. Healing Through Relationships

Many feminine wounds are tied to relationships—whether with parents, partners, or others.

  • Setting Boundaries: Learn to protect your energy by saying no to relationships or situations that drain or harm you.

  • Cultivate Healthy Connections: Surround yourself with people who respect, uplift, and support your feminine energy.

  • Forgiveness: Release resentment towards others, not for their sake, but for your own peace and liberation.

Healing relationships doesn’t mean tolerating harm; it’s about creating space for love and respect to flourish.

This is the stage where some relationships will end because you have learned the lessons linked to them and because the other people involved do not wish to grow with you.

So some relationships end whilst others continue but in a healthier way, and also new relationships will form. This is at all levels, from romantic to friendships, to work. Even the relationship with your children (if you have children) will transform in a positive way.


5. Embracing Softness and Receiving

A healed feminine energy is one that feels safe in being soft and receptive, which is often challenging for women conditioned to “always be strong.” and always be the ones giving to others.

  • Practice Receiving: Whether it’s accepting help, compliments, or love, this stage is about allowing abundance to flow into your life without guilt.

  • Surrender: Trust in the process of life and let go of the need to control everything.

  • Celebrate Your Softness: Recognize that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.

This is also the stage where you realise that in order to live you don’t need to always be working hard and compromising your health.

You don’t need to hustle like a man, always being productive and in doing mode. You learn that when you honour how you feel and open up to receive, the Universe has your back.

And you start trusting, you start feeling safe and start knowing that when you are aligned and honouring your needs and focusing on what is right and feels good to you, things are always happening behind the scenes to bring you what you need and desire.

You start realising that life is happening FOR you, instead of to you.


6. Integration: Balancing the Feminine and Masculine Energies

True healing involves balancing the feminine with the masculine energy within you.

  • Honor Your Masculine Energy: Use it to create structure and take aligned action when needed.

  • Empower Your Feminine Energy: Allow it to lead with intuition, compassion, and flow.

  • Create Harmony: Let these energies work together, complementing each other rather than competing.

In this stage instead of being most of time in unhealthy masculine energy and doing mode leaving you exhausted and frustrated, you start using your masculine energy in a healthy way instead, to support your feminine energy flow.

Now you start creating from being. You focus on what you love to do and makes you feel alive, and use masculine energy to support that.

Much like the edges of a river that provide the masculine support for the river to flow in its feminine energy.

So instead of feeling drained, you start feeling energised and alive!

This integration creates a sense of inner peace and self-empowerment.


7. Embodiment: Living as Your True Self

The final stage is living fully in your feminine energy.

  • Authentic Expression: Speak, act, and make decisions in alignment with your true self.

  • Radiance: Feminine energy, when healed, shines effortlessly, attracting opportunities and relationships that match your highest self.

  • Continuous Growth: Healing is not a destination but a lifelong journey. As new challenges arise, you now have the tools to navigate them with grace.

This is the stage where you feel you have arrived.

Your nervous system is calm, you feel peaceful, safe, supported, and you live life on your own terms.

Your external life is aligning to match this new energy you are in, and you are constantly in a state of serendipity where magical things happen to support your path. This is the law of attraction at work for your benefit.

You become a magnet attracting all you desire effortlessly, in your own personal divine timing.
